What's the difference between a villa and a home?

A villa is an end unit with three outside walls (front, back, and side), and a home is a center unit with two outside walls (front and back).

What is the cost of Homeowner's Insurance?

The Homeowner's “Walls Out/Structure” Insurance is part of the Edgewood Townhome Homeowners Association Master Policy. It is extremely reasonable and is based upon square footage. Homeowners are responsible for their HO6 policy, known as “Walls In”.  Contact an insurance agent for more information on the differences in the policies.

What type of deed is transferred?

When purchasing a home at Edgewood they are referred to as Townhomes, which means you own your home and the land under it. As opposed to a condominium where you would own the home, but the land would be owned by the Homeowners Association.

What does the Monthly Maintenance Fee include?

A:
The monthly maintenance fee includes fiber-optic high-speed internet, partial premiums for the general liability of the commons area, all yard maintenance, road clearing (if required), refuse pickup, picnic shelter, ponds, swimming pool, clubhouse, and maintenance of all commons areas. The clubhouse includes a weight room with a treadmill and elliptical trainer; you're also able to use the clubhouse for your own parties. The ponds are stocked with hybrid bluegills, largemouth bass, and grass eating carp.
