Community Clubhouse and Pool.

The Clubhouse is for the use of the Edgewood Townhomes Community.

Building Features: A light and airy, aesthetically pleasing clubhouse, designed to mirror the Edgewood Townhomes scheme. The approximately 1750 sq. ft. interior features large vaulted ceilings with exposed beams. Main hall social area with a fireplace and furniture. There is an additional smaller room overlooking the trellised canopy in view of the swimming pool. There is a large physical fitness room with bathroom facilities, refrigerator and icemaker, along with storage/mechanical/IT rooms.

This clubhouse is a place to socialize with your neighbors, to create a true feeling of community.
