This space is normally used for large closets and a half bath if elevator installation is not required.  The residential elevator can be installed during construction if required by owner or installed at a later time.

Conditioned area: Square footage area of TH3B unit is 2180 sq. ft. (First and second floor total 1870 sq. ft. with basement storage room of 310 sq. ft.  The garage has 441 sq. ft. of space.  the total under roof area of 2643 sq. ft.   With extra attic storage space.
