All floor plans will include:
A variety of energy-saving features, including heat pump heating and cooling
units, thermal low "E" glass windows and doors, insulation in walls, floors, and
ceiling.
First Floor: Large kitchen with pantry, double sinks with dishwasher,
refrigerator, stove, microwave, trash compactor, and bar-top eating area. Kitchen has
oak wood floor.

window, 9-foot ceilings with powder room on first floor. Wood
